The seller reports that there are two known issues. One is a small amount of water in the bilge when the AC is running. The other issue is the faucet in the cockpit sink is broken. The water line to the cockpit sink is fine. The seller installed a valve in the water line to the sink so that the water supply to the cockpit sink can be turned on or off. That valve is behind the ice maker. He's found that he does not need to use the cockpit sink, since the sink in the cabin is close by. The seller is not able to fix either of these things.
