The hull, constructed from fiberglass, displays noticeable signs of wear and delamination, requiring extensive repairs and possible structural reinforcement.
The deck exhibits soft spots and surface cracks, with aged hardware and fittings needing replacement. Teak elements, including trim and handrails, show weathering and will necessitate refinishing.
This 1965 Pearson 27 Express Cruiser is a comprehensive restoration project. It is currently not seaworthy and represents a labor-intensive endeavor.
