According to the owner everything runs and operates as it should.

All upholstery appears to be in very good condition.

The windlass has a new foot pad, new 250foot anchor rode 8 plate rope with 25ft of chain. The anchor is also stainless.

The heat pump was replaced in 2023 (Spring) upgraded to 16000btu.

Bottom paint was redone last spring too. There's been lots of maintenance work done to this boat!!
