This 2001 Sharpe was factory refurbished and restored in 2016 and subsequently relaunched in the spring of 2017.

The interior of the boat was updated and upgraded during the renovation with new appliances, furniture, window treatments, countertops, flooring and new Geo-Thermal HVAC system.

The exterior renovation included a new roof along with new amenities on the second level, the addition of a third level sun deck and a vinyl exterior wrap.

The engines and generator are original to the boat and have been well maintained by the owners.

The only issues the seller is aware of are some past leaking around the port side windows which has slightly stained the wood paneling beneath some of the windows. The windows were resealed and all leaks have been fixed. Also, the water slide has been removed and has not been replaced.

The interior and exterior were restored to near new condition to start the 2017 boating season and is in a condition that would be expected of a lightly used boat that has been very well maintained.
