This 1972 Duncan Porpoise Ketch presents an impressive project vessel with several valuable upgrades already in place and more components included to complete the build.

It features recent 35" tall stanchions with white safety lines for added deck safety, along with updated electric sailing winches to enhance handling and ease of operation. Per the seller, there should be enough running rigging aboard to run lines back to the cockpit.

A davit system and roller furling setup are included and ready for installation, offering excellent potential for expanded functionality.

The electrical system is partially completed, with main boards installed and awaiting final connections.

Interior work is underway, with some areas requiring paint to finish over newly installed plywood, and brand-new cabin windows included and ready to be fitted.

The head compartment is mid-refit, with the sink and counter installed but needing paint, and the toilet currently disconnected from the macerator.
