Renovations included all new interior paint, new carpet, appliances. Also in 2024, new hot water heater, new electrical outlets, LED lights, water lines to the plumbing were all replaced.... The owners recently painted the interior, installed new carpeting, new appliances and countertops in 2024. They did have a tenant living onboard recently, so the appliances do have some use.

The flybridge is nicely done with newer Garmin chart plotter and rebuilt cabinets and paint.
