All of the furniture, appliances, counters, and cabinets are in good condition.
The exterior is free of any excessive wear or damage. The last haul-out and bottom paint was approximately 5 years ago. Bottom is professionally cleaned every other season, and the boat maintenance is handled regularly.
There is no generator. The previous owner had it removed. Therefore, the AC runs on shore power only. Ask for Jeff Barthold.
