Overall condition of the Sea Ray, as expressed by the owner, is better than expected for the age. The interior is clean and free from any stains, tears in the upholstery, or excessive wear. All of the furniture, appliances, counters, and cabinets are in good condition.

The exterior is free of any excessive wear or damage. The last haul-out and bottom paint was approximately 5 years ago. Bottom is professionally cleaned every other season, and the boat maintenance is handled regularly.
