(read more) With a solid fiberglass hull and balsa-cored deck, the boat measures 47.4 feet overall, with a waterline length of 40.5 feet, a beam of nearly 14 feet, and a shoal draft of 5.5 feet, making it suitable for coastal cruising and island hopping.The layout has a large aft master stateroom with a queen berth and en-suite head, a forward guest cabin, and a spacious main salon with wraparound seating and panoramic views. The U-shaped galley is well-equipped for extended cruising. The black water system has been disconnected and now has 2 composting toilet.This boat is ketch-rigged, with a sail area just over 800 square feet. It's powered by a Perkins 6.354 Marine135 HP diesel engine and outfitted with additional gear like a diesel generator, watermaker, 2 low-watt solar panels on top of canopy, bow thruster, and windlass.There are four 12v batteries and a couple under settee glassmat (gel cell) batteries.The seller has made many upgrades including a still sealed water maker. The owners did live on this vessel for 2 years. It is evident that it has been very well taken care of and maintained.

The engine's in good shape, the owner confirms. Engine hours are unknown.

Some electrical work needs to be done under cabinets where the circuits are. The Garmin plotter might need the connections cleaned. The depth finder might not work

The mast has been rebuilt. The standing rigging is great.

Although there are a couple of ACs, they are nonfunctional - old style refrigerants style. Probably would be more feasible to replace them than get them upgraded.

Generator (diesel) does not output and might need some attention, maybe the breaker.

This vessel is smoke free but not pet free. The owners have taken great care in maintaining this beauty.

It has 3 non-working furlers. It's a power boat with masts.
