Stock #401847 - Amazing Bullet proof hull, Full restoration in 2016, documented records her entire life!Since 1954 Cascade Yachts has been a long-standing reputation for building Fast, agile sailboats in Portland Oregon. This Fin bulb keel is lightweight but yet still "bulletproof" which is how the founders tested them by firing guns at the hull to prove her strength. The original owner commissioned her in 1977 she spent 20 years in Lake Erie.... (read more) The current owner sailed her in the Florida Keys then refurbished her in 2016 when she sailed her to Lake Superior. This vessel has spent over 30 years in fresh water. The salon boasts a u-shaped dinette with drop down table for double bed, and a settee with lift up that makes into a large bed. numerous storage compartments through out. There is also a cd/radio and a vhf as well. The Galley is fully equipped with a double sink, gimbaled 3-burner propane stove with oven, 2 ice boxes and an under counter refrigerator. The head is to the port with a Raritan head and macerator, a stainless steel sink and a Shower with curtain. Najimi has a large cockpit that seats 8 people, the cockpit is fitted with custom cushions whose pipping matches the sail covers. There is an enclosed dodger and a zip on anchor bimini. Beneath the seats and at the rear are deep lazarettes that will store what ever is needed. The 2 10lb propane tanks are stored in a properly vented cabinet aft of the cockpit.There are also port and starboard holds winch handles, gloves, handheld vhf, etc. Najimi is powered by a 30 hp westerbeke diesel engine . She was always serviced and winterized professionally every season. In 2016 the cascade went through a total update on a lot of the systems and interior. Owner will be in town for 2 weeks in the beginning of june. Ask for Ron Coyne.
