She's built on a beamy solid fiberglass hull with modest transom deadrise, and her relatively flat after sections make the 42 a quick boat to accelerate out of the hole. The interior of the Jersey 42 is fully paneled with well crafted teak woodwork and cabinetry. The cockpit, partially shaded by a flybridge overhang, is very spacious and comes with a molded tackle center, and cockpit coaming.
