The owner states that everything is in good working order - it has been stored under cover as shown in the photos as well as on a lift - so the sun has not damaged the interior and the bottom is clean and in excellent condition. The center ballast bag cracked and was removed - so the boat has 2 ballast bags as shown in the photos - a third could be added in the center area - as there is a pump and plumbing is in place for one.
