For convenience, a washer dryer has been installed on the aft deck.The forward cabin looks very comfortable and inviting. The bunk room is also bright and clean. A new tile sink backsplash updates the look of the head.Most of the systems have been updated or replaced. The engines were pulled. The fuel tanks were removed and pressure tested. A 3000 watt inverter was installed for power. Three Blink cameras have been added for security and monitoring the boat.The bridge has new cushions and helm seats. The gel coat had shine, there is some cracking midship starboard, due to some docking. The aft deck and foredeck were solid, however the two small aft deck hatches are soft.

The cabin was cool, clean, odor free and well updated. The engine room is clean with no smells or excessive corrosion.

The bridge looks well maintained. The helm has updated gauges, compass, VHF.

The seller discloses, the generator runs, but does not produce power. Ask for Louis Furlong.
