The Mastercraft is 44ft long and 14ft wide. Sleeps 6 with a full bed, 2 bunks, and a fold-down sofa. The galley is full service with a residence-size refrigerator, stove, oven a sink.... (read more) There are 2 smart TVs with DVD players.Both engines will need replacing (older 2 strokes may not be repairable) and the owners haven't taken it out in years. Likely need to be repowered. Would make a nice live aboard or just a getaway or possibly a rental. There is a spiral staircase up to the roof to hang out, tan, watch the sunset, etc.There is shore power to run electricity along with 2 newer batteries. There is a rooftop AC and owners will include their portable unit.YES, the slip is $681 plus tax and electric is extra.
