It is uncertain if all electronics function properly as they do need upgrading. Washer/dryer, ice makers, have not been used and may need service or repair.

The radar arch needs to be repaired and the boat needs a good detailing. The vessel is in a covered slip on a freshwater lake hull and decking appears to be in good condition.
Parts for Port hydronic throttle assembly are on order and will be replaced by seller ASAP.
Engines and generator run fine and all batteries were replaced this year.
