6/25/23 All BRAND-NEW enclosure and isinglass has been put on.

All upholstery seems to be in very good condition without stains and tears.

The Garmin radar (outdated and parts are unavailable)

The cabin area is in great shape. The carpet is clean, the upholstery is in great condition.
