GREAT RUNNING CONDITION!!!This 1985 Marine Trader Motoryacht/Trawler is located in Ruskin, FL and ready to cruise!She has been owned by the current seller for 16 years and has cruised multiple times to the Northeast and down to the Keys. Currently, she has been slipped and not sailed for around 1.5 years. The last haul out was 5 years ago. However, the bottom is scraped and checked monthly including the drive shafts and seals.... (read more) The Volvo Penta Diesel engines are original and have 2,872 hours on them and have been serviced within the last year. When offshore power she is powered by a Westerbeke Diesel generator with 1,460 hours. The original A/C does not work and the seller uses multiple portable A/C units ducted to the outside. There are no bow or stern thrusters. A new Windlass has been installed but needs to be wired in to be operational.The aft deck is large and the flooring is Teak which should be refinished to bring back the traditional look. The Isinglass enclosure is less than 2 years old but has some oxidation and needs a deep clean. The aft deck also has washer and dryer hookups. Walking up from the aft deck you reach the flybridge which has full controls, Garmin GPS, Furono Radar and a hard top. Going below deck there is the main salon with a second control station, recliner and couch that can be turned into a bed with the original cushions. From the main deck you step down into the galley on the port side and dinette on the starboard site. The galley has a double sink, 3-burner gas stove, oven and residential refrigerator/freezer combo which is less than 2 years old. Past the galley, you have a V-Berth with double bunks and a wet head with sink, shower and toilet (not plumbed). That master stateroom is the aft cabin which features a queen-size bed with newer mattress, desk w. seating area and closets. The main head has a separate shower, sink and composting toilet. The owner has removed the black tank and drain lines from both heads. The composting toilet eliminates smell and the need for pump outs. The teak needs to be stained on the aft deck.

Isinglass is only 1-2 years old but is oxidized and needs to be cleaned. Seller removed black tank and uses a composting toilet in the Aft head. The bow Head toilet cannot be used as there is no plumbing.

Front hatch on bow needs to be replaced due to damage from a limb falling during a storm. It is sealed and not leaking water currently.

There is a short between the port engine and key switch so that engine has to be started manually in the engine compartment.

A new Windlass has been installed but needs to be wired to be functional. Ask for Justin Dees.
