There are some tears in the upholstery.

The wood shows wear but is in good shape.

The anchor hatch door needs replaced.

The head door latch doesn't hold.

This was a saltwater boat, but was set up for fresh with the installation of the replacement engine.

It does have the heat exchanger on it.

With a little work, this could be a very nice boat.

The alchohol stove does not work. Ask for Randy and Sheryl Kirksey.
