The Port engine was just professionally rebuilt.

The starboard engine had regular maintenance and the mechanic says it is good to go.

The seller put in 4 new batteries 3/23

The bottom was last painted in July 2021 and it was bottom painted in 2018 before that.

All known issues as of 2021 have been completely taken care of. Work was completed by professionals and the receipts are available.
