The cockpit has a deck rail, large engine hatches, under gunnel cleats, and a wash down.Stepping through the sliding salon glass door into the salon you'll find the galley area to the immediate left. The galley is outfitted with a stove, oven, sink, along with cabinet and drawer storage.Opposite the galley to port is the enclosed head. A manual flush head, sink with faucet, and mirror are found in the head.Forward of the head is a dinette that converts to a sleeping area for two.This 1979 Penn Yan 30 SF also has a dual helm station located below. The helm also features all the controls necessary to run and monitor the boat's systems. A V-berth forward provides sleeping accommodations for two. The hull appeared to be in good shape with no large gauges or scratches.

The engines/engine compartment was dirty and had some standing water.

The port engine hatch felt soft; starboard engine hatch is plywood.
